This original trade card is from the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition which was held in Chicago. It is in excellent condition. The front features a typical Hungarian Woman of the middle class, in her embroidered highly-colored costume, seated at our Singer Machine. This is part of a 36 card series which were handed out at the Fair. The reverse features a brief paragraph about Hungary. This trade card has a Copyright 1892 by The Singer Manufacturing Co. and measures approx. 3" x 5 1/4".
