This original trade card is from the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition which was held in Chicago. It is in good condition. The front features a young Norwegian in the usual costume and his companion is the Universal Feed Machine, used in shoe repairing & manufacture. This is part of a 36 card series which were handed out at the Fair. The reverse features a brief paragraph about Norway. This trade card has a Copyright 1892 by The Singer Manufacturing Co. and measures approx. 3" x 5 1/4".
