This original postcard is from the 1939 New York World's Fair which was held in New York City, New York. It is in excellent condition. The front features "Riders Of The Elements". The reverse features a postcard format, which is unused and there is a paragraph that says "Symbolizing man's conquest over natural obstacles and his triumph in establishing safe and fast means of transportation. Riders of the Elements provides a fitting decoration to the Court of Ships. The Aviation Building provides a suitable background to this statue". This postcard was made exclusively for the Exposition Souvenir Corp. and measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
