This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in excellent condition & slightly yellowed and the front features the "Federal Building, Chicago World's Fair". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is unused and a paragraph that says "The three fluted towers represent the three branches of our Federal Government-administrative, legislative and executive. The sides of the triangles are the Halls of Thirty States, whose flags and shields join with the unusual coloring of the building itself, and makes the interior court an outstanding accomplishment in modern architecture" and measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
