This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in excellent condition and the front features the "Horticultural Building". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is unused and a paragraph that says "A most beautiful building full of the beauties of nature. Here, gardeners and florists have used real trees, real flowers, real brooks, to present scene after scene in dioramic settings. The most unusual trees, plants and flowers are shown. Concealed skylights flood the flowers with sunshine, or when needed, the blossoms are bathed in electric ultraviolet rays" and measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
